Falcon Aquatics in cooperation with Stuart’s Sports is ordering team suits, warm-ups and bags.  The procedure will be as outlined below.  All dates will be strictly enforced.  If you have any problems with the process, please let an officer know as soon as possible.  We will try to accommodate your concerns.

If you wish to try on warm-ups and/or suits, you may take your swimmers and your order forms to Stuart’s.  Their helpful staff will assist you in selecting the correct sizes.  Also, we will have samples of the parkas available to try on at the in house meet. Other items are the same or very similar in sizing to those that have been ordered in the past.

Stuarts Sports is located in the Village of Lewiston—486 Center Street.  For directions or information call:  754-4895.

Please fill out a separate order form for each swimmer to be sure that names and sizes are correct.  Sizes are Adult and Youth (where available). Check must be made out to Falcon Aquatics.

You have two ways to submit your order blank:  

1)    Mail this order form and your check to our Post Office Box:  Falcon Aquatics, PO Box 310, Sanborn, NY  14132. It must be received by May 1st.

2)    Turn the order form and your check into Jennifer Seiler at practice on April 28th or May 5th, or at the in house meet on May 1st.

Only orders that are paid in full will be placed with Stuarts.  All checks must be received by May 5th.

Product delivery date is approximately May 26th.
