Currently, Falcon Aquatics offers
a variety of programs tailored to suit your child.
Learn to Swim
Young persons over
4’7” tall may join this group to learn to swim. They will learn a basic
understanding of swimming techniques. Graduates can move on to the
competitive swimming level.
The Learn to Swim
Program will be run on Wednesday evenings at the Niagara Wheatfield Senior High
School Pool.
Competitive Swimming
Competitive
swimmers strive for continuous improvement in strokes, starts, turns and times.
You are encouraged to compete—always swimming toward national times and becoming
a serious contender in USA and High School Swimming.
Swimmers may join
in any one of the following levels:
Novice: Ages 7 and
older. Must be able to swim at least 25 yards unassisted. You will
be taught the four competitive swim strokes and will participate in some
competition.
Intermediate:
Swimmers see emphasis on stroke development. You will participate more
frequently in swim meets.
Competitive:
Swimmers will strive for continuous improvement in strokes, starts, turns and
times. They will be encouraged to compete—always swimming toward national
times.
Adult swimmers may
join Falcon Aquatics and participate in our swimming exercise program (lap
swimming.) Swim at your own pace!
